About the Position
Niche Dermatology is seeking a friendly, personable, and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join its dynamic, supportive team.
The practice offers patients an elegant, technologically savvy environment and is looking for someone who is professional, personable, and interested in building strong relationships with patients.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well as part of a team, and has excellent customer service skills. Experience in hospitality is a plus, and the office is Apple-friendly.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to take initiative and think critically
- Excellent patient relations and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and dedicated work ethic
- Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury spa, or hospitality preferred
- Prior medical receptionist experience required
- Experience with EMR software and patient scheduling systems
- Strong computer skills
- Familiarity with Apple products preferred
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: Approximately 23 hours/week
- Full-time: Approximately 37 hours/week
- Compensation: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
