Position DescriptionDermatology of Lower Manhattan is seeking a medical assistant to assist dermatologists with medical duties. The position will involve working closely with two dermatologists and will enable the applicant to learn a great deal of medical experience in this field. The office is also happy to provide letters of recommendation for future applications.
Responsibilities Include
Entering initial patient data into EMRAssisting with procedures (biopsies, surgeries etc.) Calling patients with lab results Contacting pharmacies
Time Commitment
Full-time, 30 – 35 hours per week with a preferable 1-year commitment
Compensation
$20 per hour but adjustable based on skill and competence demonstrated.
