Paid, Full-time, Surgical Coordinator | Ophthalmology

Position Description We are seeking a Surgical Coordinator to work with a world-renowned eye cancer specialist. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in medicine to gain experience in a physician’s office. The coordinator will manage and coordinate care for patients undergoing surgery and work directly with the surgeon and hospital staff. Full training will be provided.
Position Requirements
- Applicants must be graduates of NYU’s Pre Health Post Baccalaureate Program.
- Must have graduated from college or be graduating in Spring 2026.
- Ideal candidates are flexible, work well with others, and have a strong interest in a medical environment.
- Comfort with Mac computers is preferred but not required.
Time Commitment Full-time (40 hours per week). Hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Start Part-time in April 2026, then Full-time by June.
- Requires a minimum one-year commitment, starting no later than mid-May 2026.
Compensation $20+/hour
