Barbara Malamut is the Director of Operations at MCAT King, where she oversees strategy, systems, and student experience across all programs. A graduate of Tulane University with a degree in Neuroscience and minor in Design, Barbara brings both scientific expertise and creative vision to the organization.

With a strong background in leadership, education, and program development, Barbara is responsible for optimizing internal operations, coordinating academic initiatives, and ensuring that every student receives high-quality support from enrollment through exam day. She works closely with instructors, mentors, and partners to streamline processes and expand access to MCAT resources.

Barbara combines her understanding of the pre-med journey with a commitment to excellence and innovation, helping MCAT King grow as a results-driven, student-centered organization.
