Position Description:
The Center for Women’s Mental Health at Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support studies focused on psychiatric conditions related to female reproductive health.

The program conducts both clinical and research work on topics including psychiatric medication use during pregnancy, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, premenstrual syndrome, menopause-related mood disorders, sleep disturbances, and other mental health concerns affecting women.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with principal investigators and clinical teams while contributing to ongoing research projects within a highly collaborative academic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the implementation of assigned clinical research studies
  • Collaborating with principal investigators and research staff to manage 1–2 active studies
  • Assisting with participant recruitment, coordination, and study procedures
  • Participating in weekly research team meetings to review study progress
  • Attending clinical case review meetings with interdisciplinary teams
  • Supporting overall research operations within the program

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in clinical research and women’s mental health

Time Commitment:
Full-time
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Compensation:
Hourly (amount not specified)
