Dr. Teena Shetty, Founder & Director of the Concussion Program at the Hospital for Special Surgery and Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College, is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Neurology Department.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on concussion-related research, coordinate patient care in the clinic, and gain hands-on experience in a leading teaching hospital. Responsibilities include writing patient histories, managing clinical trial studies, and assisting with IRB protocols, research presentations, and patient recruitment. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, facilitating patient treatment plans and conducting neurocognitive assessments.
The position is ideal for recent medical graduates or those interested in healthcare and clinical research. A strong work ethic, organization, professionalism, and excellent writing and communication skills are key. A two-year commitment is strongly preferred. A BA or BS degree is required, with a preference for familiarity with clinical data and statistical analysis.
