2025 Langone Summer Undergraduate Research Assistant | Deadline: Feb 15th

This is a paid undergraduate research summer program at NYU Langone. Working in a lab at NYU under a faculty member can give you valuable, real-world research skills, and a network of medical and science scholars -- not to mention $16.50/hr!  

Hours: 35 Per Week

Salary: $16.50/hr | 

Start Date: 6/2/2025 | End Date: 8/22/2025 | 

After the summer, many URAs continue working in the lab during the academic year.  Note that this job is not the same as the general Undergraduate Research Assistant position; if you applied to that role earlier, you will have to re-apply to this Langone-only version of the URA program. 

Faculty who have requested undergraduate research assistants will receive several applications based on their needs and applicant skills; hopefully, you'll hear from a faculty member asking to interview you!  The deadline is February 15th, but we are accepting applications on a rolling basis.

Applicants must be returning undergraduate students for the Fall 2025 semester (i.e. graduating seniors cannot apply). Interested applicants can apply on Handshake.
